Mediterranean diets have been researched to be one of the best accommidating diets known to human digestive anatomy. Scratch made hummus, locally sourced olives, top quality cheeses & vegetables.

This platter can be offered vegan or vegetarian. 

Option of 3 main dishes:.

Each main dish offers 2 side options

- Fruit medley

- Leafy green roasted roots salad w/ chefs choice vinaigrette

- Veggie credited w/ seasonal hummus

(Note: Side options rotate based on chef's choice & can only be split to all 4 offerings if participant count exceeds 20 persons)

Micro Weddings are private containers of 60 people or fewer.. All food offerings are vegetarian and vegan based; fish available on a case by case basis.

Are you hosting a retreat with container sizes of 20 or less light beams? Our consultation will go over your vision, meal schedule, duration and location of the retreat.

Retreat & Wedding Travel: Flat fee deposit required at signing to establish travel accommodations.

All services further than 15 mile radius from place of rest will require mileage extra fee.
